Last year, I was running a small service team and watching the same mess unfold every day: client emails everywhere, follow-ups slipping through the cracks, tasks trapped inside long threads, and our "project tools" sitting untouched because nobody had the time to maintain them.

We tried the usual stack — fancy dashboards, separate task apps, endless integrations — but it all slowed us down. Context switching killed our focus, and every new tool became one more thing to babysit.
